HDHP-

When getting an HDHP plan, you agree to pay a higher premium but with a lower deductible amount. So, if you need healthcare services, there will be a smaller amount that you will have to pay out-of-pocket before your insurance kicks in. HDHPs are typically best for young people generally in good health because they have no major illnesses or injuries and therefore don’t spend much on healthcare services.
