Empacer is a subscription that gives a small service business owner one assistant for the admin that usually spills into the evening: replies to customer questions, posts from photos of your work, and reminders for tomorrow’s clients. The current offer, with its price and terms, is on the Empacer website.
A more useful question than “how much?” is “what do I get for it?” Start there.
One subscription, one assistant for everyday admin
Most owners already juggle several tools: a booking app, Instagram, text messages, a note with current prices. Empacer works with those tools, so you can hand over a task in one sentence and get finished work back.
With a subscription, you get:
- A voice assistant you can talk to between clients. Say what needs doing, or type it when talking isn’t convenient. Every spoken reply also appears as text.
- Business memory. Empacer remembers what you offer, what you charge, how you sound, and your rules, so you don’t explain your business every time.
- Connections to the tools you already use, such as Google Calendar, Gmail, and Instagram, so approved work goes out without copying and pasting.
- Help with the main jobs: customer replies, social posts, and appointment reminders, plus price lists, schedule changes, and invoices.
- A choice of four voices, push notifications, and regular updates.
- Industry research in your profile, with insights, trends, and ideas for your type of business.
What it takes off your plate
A nail tech finishes a full set and has a photo worth posting. A client in the DMs wants to know what a pedicure costs. Tomorrow’s bookings still need reminders. Each task takes a few minutes, and together they turn into a second shift on the phone.
With Empacer, the owner says what’s needed and gets the finished work back: a caption, a reply written from the studio’s actual prices, a reminder for each client. The owner reads it, changes anything by voice or with a tap, and approves it. Nothing goes out without that yes.
That’s what the subscription pays for: fewer evenings spent writing the same messages, and the final say on everything that goes out in your name.
Getting started is quick
You sign up on the web, install the app, and sign in. Setup is a short conversation: three questions about your business, answered by voice or by typing, and a summary you can correct. Then Empacer starts on your first task.
You don’t need to connect anything to get your first result. A caption or a reply is ready to use right away, and you can connect your tools whenever you want Empacer to send things for you.
Subscription management and payment history sit in the app’s settings, and you can cancel anytime from there.
Your other providers stay as they are
The subscription covers Empacer itself. A few tasks also use services many owners already have, and those keep working and billing as usual:
- Text message reminders go through your SMS provider, such as Twilio.
- Invoice payments go through your payment service, with its usual fees.
- Price updates on your website use your current site and hosting.
Empacer works on top of what you already have and puts those tools to work.
Posting directly to Instagram depends on Meta approving access. Until then, Empacer hands you a finished post that you publish yourself.
Where to see the current offer
Offers can vary depending on where you find Empacer, so the price and terms that apply to you are the ones shown before you pay. You can cancel anytime in settings. Visit the Empacer website to see the current offer and what it includes.
A good way to decide: pick the task that eats most of your evening, whether that’s DMs, posts, or reminders, and think about handing it off in one sentence.
