Banjo-Kazooie to Arrive on Nintendo Switch Online

Banjo-Kazooie is among the next slew of games that will arrive on the Nintendo Switch Online service for January.

The Nintendo 64 platforming game will be grouped in the N64 library and is expected to become available January 20. Nintendo Switch Online players with access to the N64 add-on will be able to play Banjo-Kazooie, along with other Sega Genesis and Nintendo 64 games.

A family plan for the Switch Online plus Expansion Pack subscription costs $80 a year and covers up to 8 Nintendo accounts, while an individual plan costs $50. The new tiered plan was announced and launched in October 2021 with 9 N64 titles, including Mario Kart 64, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Super Mario 64.

Nintendo also confirmed the next titles that will be introduced in the platform- Kirby 64, Pokemon Snap and Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask, among others. The Sega game library will grow over time as well.
